In Class 3 we deep dive into the critical workflow we recommend to originate sales opportunities. From research—to build your house list—through the broadcast of pre-approach campaigns, and ending with the mass-generation of small batches of sales opportunities for your salespeople. This workflow has a lot of moving parts and it’s critical that you understand them all.

Cohort Analysis
You'll find a good (simple) explanation of cohort analysis here. But don't buy special software for this. Excel (or Google Sheets) will do just fine. You're welcome to ask me about this in the forum for this class (link above).
